CBS PAYROLL ANALYST JUNIOR (FOR MEXICO)

MISSION:

The Payroll Analyst mission is accurate and timely completions of assigned processes to support a positive employee experience in all matters of payroll execution.  Front line validation of data accuracy is essential.

DAY TO DAY:

• Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.
• Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions
• Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received from employees.
• Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
• Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY CONTRIBUTE TO OUR PURPOSE?

• From 1 to 2 years of total experience in payroll or areas related.

• English B2 or C1 is required.
