A CBD Inside Sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and navigating sales calls. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

  • Finding new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings between wholesale account managers and prospects
  • Manage and expand your database of prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records in the Salesforce CRM of all interactions and lead activities.
  • Become an expert in company products and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team and leadership to provide market feedback and insight into effective selling points.
  • Provide additional support duties for wholesale account managers to meet demand.

Qualifications

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Experience as a Sales Representative/Associate
  • Familiarity with CRM and MS Office programs
  • Good customer service skills
  • Superb communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good team player
  • Willing to submit to a background check
  • Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
  • ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred
  • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older

Compensation:


As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $45,000-50,000/year plus bonus potential and OTE of $70k, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
