Summary
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, being the point of contact for all day-to-day interactions with clients. The Client Services Representative performs daily tasks that could consist of the following duties: purchasing of client accounts receivables, monitoring and evaluating invoices and any supporting documentation submitted for fraud, enters credit authorizations, works assigned cbCentral tasks, creates new client debtors in the system (if applicable), performs invoice verifications within policy guidelines, prepares and works various reports, manages clients’ reserves, provides client training on funding procedures and in-house client portal, and performs research when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure client funding, billing, and verification activities align with the client’s agreed-upon terms
Ensure that excellent customer service is provided to clients
Monitor and evaluate submitted invoices and backup for quality and potential fraud
Maintain an in-depth understanding of client operations and behaviors to identify issues, trends, and service opportunities
Research items in client reserve and holding/releasing funds when necessary (balance client reserves using Excel daily, if applicable)
Provide client training on funding procedures and client portal
Works assigned cbCentral tasks in a timely manner (i.e. Disputes/Exceptions, Needs Image, Chargebacks, etc)
Ensure that the Bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with
Seek opportunities to improve skills through cross-training and My Learning courses offered by the Bank
Provide assistance to other client reps and/or employees by collaborating with them through healthy and positive interactions
Work Carrier Reports, if applicable
All other tasks, responsibilities or duties, as directed by management

Education Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent is required
Minimum Experience
At least 1 year clerical/ office work is required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as excellent customer relations skills
Must be able to function effectively as part of a team and must possess the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with clients/vendors
Must be proficient in Excel and Word and general office duties
Ability to multitask
