This role involves working in the field applying concrete sealants and caulking materials to joints, seams, and surface areas to protect structures from water intrusion, air leaks, and environmental damage. Salary range – $27.78-$49.33. Based on location and experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prioritize safety of crew and personnel while consistently using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Perform field-based concrete sealant and caulking work on construction sites, including joints, seams, and structural areas
  • Safely operate and work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts at various heights
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete daily assigned tasks according to project specifications and schedule
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, follow direction from the Caulking Foreman, and communicate issues or concerns as needed

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a motivated, safety-conscious professional with hands-on experience in sealant application and a strong understanding of construction environments, ideally including precast concrete work. The ideal candidate is quality-driven, dependable, and able to work collaboratively or independently while maintaining a professional attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, travel-based field role.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in sealant application; precast concrete experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
  • Strong understanding of construction sites and required safety practices to maintain a safe work environment
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, supervisors, and managers
  • Self-motivated and quality-minded with the ability to complete tasks independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining a professional attitude

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm use
  • Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hours
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequently
  • Ability to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazards
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors (Depending on location)
  • Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.
