Position – how you’ll contribute
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our client during a maternity leave cover. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Administration: Perform core administrative tasks within Salesforce.
- User Support: Provide high-quality user support during working hours (9:00-17:00 GMT), clearly communicating technical issues and solutions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure continuous platform efficiency.
- Ticket Management: Manage and resolve incoming support tickets using Jira, prioritizing effectively.
- Multitasking with Professionalism: Handle multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining a calm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term (6 months, with possibility of extension).
Expectations – the experience you need
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (or higher)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with Jira or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
