Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Pay Rate: $60-$65 Per Hour
Location: Morristown, NJ 07960
Schedule: Days; 13 Weeks; 36/hr. (12*3) Shift: 8a-8:30pm
Job Duties:
CERTIFICATION(S)/LICENSE(S) REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Radiologic Technologist
RCIS certification preferred
BLS, ACLS
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Skills: IABP experience required
Cardiac Cath lab experience

Job Duties:
- Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI(STEMI ) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
- Able to monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data
- Provide procedural assistance to the physician, pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
- Assess and manage the access site, and inform the physician
- Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab
- Prepare the patient for procedures
CERTIFICATION(S)/LICENSE(S) REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Radiologic Technologist
RCIS certification preferred
BLS, ACLS
- Schedule Notes: Cath Lab and EP Lab would only be looking at CVT and invasive techs who scrub interventional cardiology cases in cath labs and/or EP labs. They are licensed Radiology Technologists and/or Certified RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialists). They do procedures such as PCI, Diagnostic Heart Caths, Ablations, Pacemakers
- Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
- experience scrubbing interventional cardiology Cath lab cases
- MMC Cath Lab and EP are looking for an RCIS certified OR a licensed RT who has experience scrubbing Interventional Cardiology procedures such as STEMI, PCI, Diagnostic Cardiac Caths
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED required
