As our Category & Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and developing a product portfolio that creates value for customers and drives business success. You will combine market insights, commercial thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to build a strong and profitable assortment.

What you'll do

• Drive category growth, profitability, and portfolio optimization.

• Translate customer and market insights into innovative product solutions.

• Develop category plans and product roadmaps that deliver business results.

• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action.

• Own and manage category profitability and P&L performance.

• Lead projects and product launches from idea to execution.

• Act as the voice of the customer and the product expert within the organization.
