Job Description Summary:

ADI is looking for a Front-End Factory (Fab) Category Manager to support the ADI fabs in Oregon, Washington, Massachusetts, and Ireland.

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

• Partner with the Equipment and Process Engineering teams to identify viable options for buying required MRO parts and services to improve safety, quality, output and/or cost.
• Sets high standards for themselves– acts a role model and helps to shape a positive culture in the organization
• Provide clear/concise communication to stakeholders up, down, and laterally across the organization

Minimum Qualifications

• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated work history showing good logic, data analysis, and project management skills
• Solid track record of execution and delivering results 

Abilities

• Strong communication/negotiation skills
• Ability to work within a changing work environment

Preferred Qualifications  

• >10 years of experience in Fab Equipment Maintenance and/or buying/selling front end MRO and services and/or BA degree preferred
• Extensive experienced with semiconductor front-end tools from major OEMs: Applied Materials, TEL, ASML, LAM, Nikon, ASM, Axcelis, DNS, Hitachi, Ulvac, etc.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $75,200 to $103,400.

• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors 

• This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.  

• Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
