Duties and Responsibilities
1) Manage
Member Privileges
Promote
Landing Privileges to customers through the membership process, explaining the
benefits of membership, accessing member accounts and assisting with promotions
and rewards. Serve all customers with general enquiries of the rewards program
at the membership desk and designation service location. Building up
relationship with customers and collating feedbacks to report to managers.
Control and perform casino entry for Overseas immigrant Korean, Korean visitors
and Groups as abide by CPD regulation.
Encourage
and assist customers to enroll Landing membership and educate them on benefits.
Assist in keeping database updated with accurate personal information of Landing
Privileges members. Promotes on going promotions and events to all members.
Issue promotion rewards and benefits to entitled members. Assist with members’
point related queries and issues. Response to any enquiries from customers with
thorough understanding of the Landing Casino rewards programs and Resort
properties. Maintain membership KIOSK and counter devices. Verify ID cards and
entry qualification and perform entry process for Overseas immigrant Korean and
Korean visitors and groups. Prepare report of daily statics and CPD required
entry reports. Monitoring and performs checklist required by AML regulations.
2) Host
and Develop Guests
Build
relationship with customers and develop them to become a genuine player.
Maintain good relationship with customers and agents. Assist customers on their
bookings and provide customer service. Listen to the customer and receive
feedback. Understand the casino system and attend to customer queries. Make
telemarketing calls to customer.
Encourage
customer to revisit casino and share casino promotions information to
customers. Recruit customers to the events and tournaments. Checking customer
gaming activities and rewards using casino system. Perform program opening and
settlement. Provide customer reports and feedback to superiors. Take initiative
to know the customers. Attend to customer friendly and assist with their
queries. Assist to communicate when customer has language problem (Chinese,
English, Korean). Handle customer complaints and host them. Contact and inform
customers on their entitlements / rewards on periodical basis. Provide customer
gaming performance report to superiors.
3) Manage
Promoters
Build
new relationships with new Promoters/Professional Recruiters so as to grow the
company business in this aspect. Maintain current J Promoter/Professional
Recruiter relationships to encourage continuous business. Accept feedback on
how to improve our services to Promoters/Professional Recruiters.
Maintain frequent contact with Promoters/Professional
Recruiters for any feedback or informing of promotional events. Streamlining of
processes for Promoters Programs. Settlement of Promoters Programs. Be the point
of contact for overseas Promoters so as to smoothen transition process to our
casino. Be the point of contact for any party interested to be a Professional
Recruiter for our casino. Provide services to the Promoters/Professional
Recruiters and their customers. Provide quarterly/yearly reports on Promoters
performance to assess their eligibility to continue business with us.
