and Promoters systematically. Full details shall be obtained from the
Requester, requests should be handled politely, professionally and efficiently. The answer to the
reservation must be delivered by e-mail unless it is urgent booking which is
less than 6 hours on-day booking
Settle the total expense of the guest’s gaming trip.
Check and Clear the details of the
expense that was booked through the reservation department. (Hotel, Airfare,
Limo Service, ETC.,)
Check the casino program's
subscription status and conditions, if entitle provide complimentary benefits, Other
incurred costs are charged to the customer’s own account after checking with the
marketing team or Promoters accordingly.
In the event of point deduction or cash payment, send
the evidential document to the relevant department in the advance, receive the
corresponding slips and settle the cost.
Ensure that comp has strictly
complied with Casino’s internal policies and CRD’s rule.
Organize, Issue Comp on E-Mex System daily, Prevents
omission by conducting internal audit every month, The organized data are
managed/ supervised by CRD.
Submit guest’s expense with evidential document to the finance team through the E-ACC System
