Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of casino promotions, events, and marketing initiatives designed to attract new guests and grow players club membership. This role helps run on-property promotions such as giveaways, drawings, and hot seat events, supports off-site marketing activities, and assists with maintaining marketing materials throughout the property. The Marketing Coordinator also assists with enrolling guests into the Rebels Redemption Players Club and helps build community partnerships that enhance the value of the players club program.
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Lebanon, NH location.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Set up and run casino promotions including giveaways, drawings, hot seat events, and similar marketing programs.
- Support off-site marketing events such as local festivals and community appearances.
Assist with enrolling guests into the Rebels Redemption Players Club. - Maintain and update marketing signage and promotional materials throughout the property.
- Help ensure promotional information is accurate and consistent across marketing channels.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining marketing files.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, including hotels and retail partners, to develop partnerships that enhance the benefits of the players club program.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Flexible work availability to support day and evening marketing needs.
- Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.
- Must have the ability to lift 25-30 pounds.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift. (depending on the position)
