Assist the AVP of Casino Marketing to analyze the casino industry trend and provide marketing strategy plan to drive headcount and business revenue.
Assist the HOD of Promotion & Event to prepare marketing plan with various promotions, events & tournaments.
Assist Marketing Planner or Manager to organize and execute all kind of promotions, events & tournaments including marketing
Constantly
conduct market study and provide a marketing plan to drive business. To analyze
and provide recommendation for future and past marketing plan to improve the
effectiveness. To deal with various Department HOD to re-align the with the
promotions or events resort wide. Assist HOD of Promotion & Events to
obtain competitors’ marketing plan and prepare an analysis report. To assist
HOD to prepare marketing plan with proforma and provide analysis report after
event. To provide on-job training to team members to improve efficiency and
self-development. To deal with Compliance team before and after conducting
marketing plan to ensure the procedure is re-align with CPD requirement. To
assist Marketing Planner to execute all kind of casino promotions, events &
tournaments including reporting. To deal with various department to obtain
necessary information, documentation, support which is required to execute a
promotions, events & tournaments. To handle any job related to admin. To
perform operation role when comes to execution of promotions, events &
tournaments.
