What you’ll do:

You will join the team of Online Gaming reporting directly to Head of Casino;

You will lead and manage the online gaming product offering, with a primary focus on the Italian market according to the strategy and objectives;

You will lead the product enhancement ensuring the product meets customer and market needs taking ownership of the product entire lifecycle, ensuring up to date and competitive offering;

You will manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful products launches;
-
You will define and prioritize product features and improvements based on market research, customer feedback and competitive analysis;
-
You will monitor product performance, KPIs and drive continuous improvement in product offerings;
-
You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to promote products and enhance the user experience;

You will be responsible for commercial negotiations with Casino suppliers;
-
You will have the opportunity to be involved in an international and dynamic environment and to work closely also with global group teams to collaborate on global product initiatives, sharing insights and strategies.
What you’ll bring:
-
You have at least 6 years of experience in product and project management, negotiation, governance & change management, business modeling, analytics & reporting (Experience in Gaming industry is a plus);

You are able to lead and manage a team with empathy and a goal oriented approach;

You have excellent knowledge of digital & operations processes in structured companies with experience in international product projects and collaboration with cross-functional teams across regions;

You have strong communication skills, with fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written;

You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines;

You are proactive, curious and passionate;

You know how to take decisions based on numbers and knowledge of customers and products, lead and motivate your team and how to communicate results and updates to top management in an effective way;

Experience working on international product projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions;

You have a degree in in economics, marketing or engineering;

Previous experience in digital or entertainment business and strategy development;

Basic knowledge of BI tools
