This manager serves as a consultative partner to property marketing leaders and executive decision makers. The role applies a strong understanding of casino reinvestment, player economics, segmentation, loyalty strategy, and promotional planning to help each partner increase member engagement and incremental revenue resulting in a strong pipeline of casino cruise patrons to the NCLH brands.

Success requires a strong casino industry network, disciplined account planning, sound financial judgment, and the ability to coordinate marketing, loyalty, analytics, reservations, legal, and casino operations teams

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

New Partner Development
  • Build and execute a territory development plan that prioritizes casino operators and properties by player quality, loyalty-program strength, strategic fit, revenue potential, and probability of conversion.
  • Develop relationships with property presidents, general managers, chief marketing officers, casino marketing leaders, player development executives, and loyalty decision makers.
  • Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities through consultative discovery, property visits, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Support the negotiation of partnership terms and coordinate approvals with leadership, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, account plans, activity records, forecasts, and next steps in the designated customer relationship management system.
Partner Growth and Consulting
  • Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for assigned casino partners and establish a regular cadence with property marketing and executive leadership.
  • Assess each partner's customer segments, reinvestment strategy, offer architecture, trip frequency, loyalty economics, host model, and promotional calendar to identify opportunities for incremental value for each partner.
  • Design partnership marketing programs, cruise certificate offers, loyalty campaigns, VIP groups, events, and reciprocal benefit concepts that align the partner's reinvestment objectives with the NCLH brand portfolio.
  • Translate performance results into practical recommendations that improve guest conversion, player quality, repeat participation, partner loyalty, and profitable revenue.
  • Lead business reviews that clearly explain results, identify incremental opportunities or corrective actions, and secure partner commitments for the next growth cycle.
  • Provide partner-facing training, program guidance, and sales materials so casino marketing and host teams can represent each offer accurately and confidently.
Commercial Performance
  • Deliver annual goals for new contracted partners, qualified guest acquisition, onboard casino revenue, partner-sourced revenue, and partnership profitability.
  • Monitor acquisition cost, reinvestment, offer redemption, booking conversion, sailing conversion, player value, retention, revenue, and return on investment by partner and campaign.
  • Develop partner forecasts and identify the actions required to close performance gaps or expand high-performing programs.
  • Use test-and-learn plans to improve offer design, audience selection, communication timing, event strategy, and partner marketing productivity.
Program Execution
  • Coordinate with Casino Operations, Casino Marketing, Analytics, Loyalty, Reservations, Legal, and shipboard teams to launch and operate partner programs.
  • Own launch plans, promotional calendars, partner communications, event requirements, and internal handoffs for assigned accounts.
  • Resolve partner and guest issues quickly, identify root causes, and improve processes that affect partner confidence or guest experience.
  • Represent NCLH at casino properties, industry conferences, partner events, and selected sailings.
Market Intelligence and Governance
  • Track competitor partnerships, casino market developments, loyalty trends, reinvestment practices, and emerging acquisition channels within the assigned territory.

  • Ensure partner programs comply with approved commercial terms, brand standards, guest data requirements, responsible gaming practices, and applicable policies.
