Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Guide and organize meetings with clients to understand their expectations and needs regarding their Casino RNG business.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and align CRM strategies for campaign plans tailored to client needs.
  • Arrange campaign delivery as agreed with clients, ensuring promotional materials align with CRM objectives.
  • Assist clients in understanding and utilizing promotional tools within the back-office system.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance through post-promotional analysis.
  • Prepare and present data-backed performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance offerings and improve builds.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to adjust CRM strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams on strategy and business cases.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CRM Executive in the online casino industry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to pitch key selling points of features, products, and content to operators.
  • Knowledge of Slots and Progressive games and market trends.
  • Adept at managing back-end configuration tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of the Casino customer and the European customer landscape.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong sense of strategy and business acumen.
