Playtech‘s Bingo unit is looking for a proactive Casino Performance Manager with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Grow revenues made from Casino & Side game content within Poker and Bingo real estates.
  • Build an optimisation strategy which drives incremental spend (through additional purchases and more time on site) for clients on our Bingo & Poker platforms.
  • Collaborate with Bingo & Poker operations daily to ensure we are all working efficiently and effectively to grow the overall revenue made from each product vertical.
  • Analyse performance to allow the numbers to drive business decisions.
  • Work closely with our BI teams in order to develop clear dashboards and KPIs to expose key metrics and ongoing trends.
  • Partner with the BI team to collate and present results in a simple engaging way with actionable recommendations which can be applied to improve our digital products and greater business.
  • Plan your activities thoroughly, forecast how these efforts will impact business outcomes and most importantly implement your wins.
  • Partner with key stakeholders with each of our clients to plan and execute the optimisation strategy, always driving operational excellence for our clients.
  • Contribute into executive-level reports that convey complex findings in a simple and concise manner.

Qualifications

  • Have significant Online Casino Operations / Optimisation / Product experience.
  • Have account management experience. 
  • Possess people management experience.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the core business metrics and KPIs.
  • Possess a strong data centric approach to optimization and driving business metrics.
  • Are able to work closely with data, independently, interpret and present that data in engaging and meaningful ways.
  • Are able to manage and prioritize multiple marketing projects simultaneously within a complex organization.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
