Main Responsibilities
- Manages and follows up vendor payments to ensure both payment and accounting is correct.
- Analyzes and provides solutions to vendor payments issues in the system or in the bank platforms.
- Make accounting entries and reconciliates Bank vs Accounting for month closing for both USGAAP and MEXGAAP.
- Manages daily Bank Statement and proof of payment.
- Review the weekly Bank balances to ensure getting no payment issue due to Bank insufficient balance.
