Job Title: Cash Management Accountant
Job Location: Remote
Job Shift: US PST Shift (8 pm-5 am, IST)
We're looking for a Cash Management Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and present cash liquidity reports for investors.
- Create and maintain weekly cash reconciliation files.
- Support AP cleanup initiatives and manage Tipalti payment operations.
- Perform monthly consolidated cash reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Upload and manage cash transactions in NetSuite for all subsidiaries (INC/PL/NL).
- Handle bank wires, intercompany transfers, and funding processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to verify cash entries in NetSuite.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or accounts payable roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with Tipalti or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote settings.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently after training.
