What will you be doing
The Workers' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework. This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

To be successful in this role you should have:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Competencies:
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
