  • Retrieve and review medical records and bills
  • Identify and track statutory liens
  • Monitor provider balances
  • Handle property damage and rental claims
  • Provide regular client updates
  • Prepare medical summaries and demand packages
  • Draft demand letters for attorney review
  • Maintain case system updates and track deadlines

Requirements
  • 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
  • Experience managing cases from intake through demand
  • Knowledge of California insurance and claim procedures
  • Experience communicating with adjusters and providers
  • Familiarity with medical records and lien processes
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
