Under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Student Analyst Level 1 provides behavior analytic services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. This role assists with assessments, monitors client progress, and supports clinical programming while developing foundational leadership skills. This position is designed for graduate students pursuing BCBA certification and serves as the first level of Amenity ABA Center's Clinical Leadership Pathway.

💲 Compensation

Pay: RBT Tier 1 ($19–$20/hour)

Tier: Student Analyst Level 1 – Foundations

✅ Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

  • Minimum of 3 months employed with Amenity ABA Center

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an RBT

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

🕒 Position Type & Schedule
  • Full-Time

  • Monday–Friday

  • Typical clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Hours may vary based on client schedules and clinic needs

🏢 Work Environment

This position primarily operates within a clinical setting serving children with developmental disabilities. The environment may involve frequent movement, moderate noise levels, and working with clients displaying challenging behaviors.

💪 Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, sit, and move throughout the workday

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to safely implement behavior intervention procedures when necessary

  • Visual and hearing ability sufficient to ensure client safety and collect accurate data

🎓 Education & ExperienceRequired
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

  • Minimum of 6 months providing ABA services
