The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Help identify and build new litigation matters at the pre-filing stage, blending legal judgment, fact-finding and technology-assisted research. What you'll do
- Screen possible claims by studying company reports, regulatory documents, market trading behavior and financial information.
- Run thorough fact-finding efforts, drawing on publicly available material and conversations with people who previously worked at the companies in question.
- Apply AI and analytics tools to sift through large volumes of information and surface trends that sharpen the assessment of each matter.
- Write internal case memos, damages estimates and concise client summaries.
- Collaborate with monitoring, analytics, financial and investigative colleagues to pressure-test legal theories.
