Job Description
Ama La Vida (ALV) is seeking experienced career coaches to help clients find, research and land their dream job. In this role, you will support clients through all aspects of career and professional development, in a wide variety of industries and occupations. Our coaches are the foundation of our organization - you are who truly impacts our clients' lives and careers. Finding the right fit for both ALV and the coach is crucial.
- Help clients identify career goals, develop leadership skills and plan career moves.
- Teach strategies related to the how-to & know-how of successful networking at all levels
- Help clients hunt down new employment opportunities, provide feedback on resumes/application materials and strategize for successful job interviews
- Coach job seekers to develop their unique brand & selling proposition for job searching
- Coach on how to understand and work with recruiters and their processes
- Assist with LinkedIn profile developments, edits, & updates
- Edit and develop action guides, templates, & job-seeking resources fields
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
Qualifications
- Relevant experience recruiting or supporting individuals through career transitions
- Passion, drive, commitment
- Deep interest in the job market and career landscape
- Willingness to stay on top of job market trends by subscribing to relevant blogs, webinars are other resources
This is an independent contractor role, with services delivered in multiple time zones. At this time, most services are delivered virtually.
