What You Will Gain From This Role:
- Interaction with production and engineering team to establish production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements. As well as coordinating production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.

Job Description:
Rationalize SDM demand and develop a weekly lot start plan.
- Review demand forecast (RYG) to determine allocations and equipment move/install.
- Perform equipment loading studies and determining methods for flow linearization and reduction in variation
- Comprehend and coordinate changing needs and eliminate capacity constraints to support customer demands
- Execute daily loading and drive SPA (Start Plan Attainment)
Analyze cycle time distribution and outliers. Implement and maintain cycle time planning factors to reduce cycle time variance and drive plan CT accuracy.
- Interface with engineering, manufacturing, and planning/coordinating the release of new methods, flows, and processes
- Participate in cross-functional teams and initiatives to drive process improvements across the TI supply chain
- Maintains reports to support performance, reflect scheduling, methods, support performance, and process procedures.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
- 0-2 years experience
- Able to manage and analyze big data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for deep dive data analysis and translating that into insights and recommendations
- Possess high energy, helpful attitude, be self-motivated, and be able to consistently contribute towards a positive work and team environment
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process
Excellent systems skills including Excel, SAP, AI software, SQL
