DigiFlight is seeking a Capture Operations Coordinator to support federal business development, capture operations, task order tracking, and teaming coordination across our opportunity pipeline and contract vehicle portfolio. This role will help coordinate activity across IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, and agency-specific vehicles, including NCRC, FAA eFAST, MDA SHIELD, OASIS+, and other prime/subcontract vehicles and task orders.
The Capture Operations Coordinator will work closely with Business Development, Capture, Contracts, Pricing, Proposal Operations, Program Management, Technical SMEs, and external teammates to ensure opportunities are identified, qualified, tracked, and pursued in a disciplined and timely manner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and familiar with the federal capture and proposal lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Support capture managers and business development leaders with opportunity tracking, pursuit planning, gate review coordination, task order monitoring, teaming, and proposal readiness.
- Coordinate task order activity across IDIQ, BPA, GWAC, and agency-specific contract vehicles.
- Maintain opportunity trackers, task order calendars, capture action item lists, teaming matrices, and leadership reporting materials.
- Monitor government and partner sources for RFIs, sources sought notices, draft RFPs, final RFPs, amendments, Q&A, and award notices.
- Support task order intake, opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid preparation, pursuit scheduling, and capture documentation.
- Coordinate internal meetings, partner meetings, gate reviews, and pursuit status reviews.
- Assist with teaming by tracking potential partners, capabilities, contract vehicle access, socioeconomic status, customer access, past performance, and likely pursuit roles.
- Support partner outreach, data calls, NDA/TA coordination, teammate input tracking, and subcontractor response management.
- Work with Proposal Operations to organize solicitation documents, compliance requirements, proposal schedules, source materials, and submission instructions.
- Maintain pipeline and opportunity updates in DigiFlight’s business development systems, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel trackers, GovWin, SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, Symphony, and other tools.
- 3–7 years of experience in federal contracting, business development, capture support, proposal coordination, contracts support, program coordination, or task order management.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, including IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, task orders, RFIs, sources sought notices, draft RFPs, final RFPs, and proposal submissions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, vehicles, documents, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and collaborative tracking tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow up effectively, and drive action items to closure.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
- Experience with SalesForce in a GovCon environemnt
- Experience with federal contract vehicles such as NCRC, FAA eFAST, MDA SHIELD, OASIS+, GSA MAS, CIO-SP, SEWP, EXPRESS, ASTRO, RS3, Alliant, or similar IDIQ/GWAC/BPA vehicles.
- Experience with GovWin, SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, Symphony, FPDS, USASpending, agency portals, CRM systems, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting aerospace, aviation, cyber, intelligence, defense, training, logistics, systems engineering, digital engineering, C5ISR, or program support opportunities.
- Experience supporting Shipley-based capture or proposal processes.
- Experience with teaming matrices, partner data calls, NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontractor coordination, and gate review packages.
- Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.
Hybrid / Columbia, MD, or Northeastern, Washington, DC, with periodic travel to Huntsville, AL DigiFlight offices, customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events.
Travel10% and surge to up to 25%.
