About Us
Integrate is a Seattle-based company building program management software for the world’s most ambitious machines. Integrate simplifies cross-organizational collaboration within deep tech (think rockets, self-driving cars, robotics), with vendors, customers, and other external stakeholders as seamlessly as other software solves collaboration for internal teams. We are revolutionizing how organizations work together in the new deep tech economy by reducing communication overhead and unnecessary workload.

Our Solution
Despite growing tailwinds in deeptech and manufacturing industries in the US, existing software tools are inadequate to keep up with the rapid iteration and accelerated pace of hardware development.  We’re building the future of government collaboration. Our platform powers secure, multiplayer work for the U.S. government and beyond - enabling speed, coordination, and network effects where it matters most. We’ve already won a $25M+ contract with the U.S. Space Force, and we’re just getting started.

Position Overview
We’re looking for our first Capture Manager (based in DC): someone hungry, sharp, and ready to own the pursuit of new opportunities across the DoD and federal market. You’ll bring the savvy of government or prime experience plus the drive and agility of a startup builder. If you’ve cut your teeth at a PEO, a prime, or a defense consultancy — and you’re itching to jump into a high-growth startup where you can build and win — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead capture for priority DoD opportunities, from shaping to submission — with immediate responsibility, not a support role.
  • Build and qualify the pipeline, track opportunities, and get us in the room early with program offices, PEOs, and mission stakeholders.
  • Translate government needs into winning strategies — identifying requirements, competitors, and pathways (e.g., OTAs, SBIRs, IDIQs, Phase IIIs).
  • Work directly with the founders and executive team to set capture priorities and define growth strategies.
  • Enact proposal development (strategy, win themes, price-to-win inputs) — hands-on, not just hand-off — from shaping RFI responses, to shredding RFP’s, all the way to submission and negotiation.
  • Keep a constant pulse on federal budgets, acquisition cycles, and mission drivers.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in capture, BD, or adjacent roles (e.g., government program office, prime contractor, consultancy, or startup).
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition pathways; service-specific program office experience a major plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and win opportunities (not just respond reactively to RFPs).
  • Experience bridging the rigor of large organizations with the hustle of startups.
  • Excellent network and relationship-building skills across government and industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — crisp, confident, and compelling.
  • Top 1% in written communication.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and be resourceful, competitive, and hungry.
  • U.S. citizenship required; active clearance preferred.

Why Join Us

  • Be the first Capture Manager at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup.
  • Immediate ownership and visibility — you’ll be closing deals, not just supporting.
  • Learn directly from founders with deep DoD and startup experience.
  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits.
  • A launchpad position — grow into leadership roles as we scale the team.

Equal Opportunity Employer
We are an equal opportunity employer.
