Owns and administers CapEx PMO systems, reporting platforms, Power BI, Asana, and enterprise integrations. I. PMO Systems Ownership
- Own and administer CapEx PMO systems, reporting platforms, and digital tools.
- Develop and maintain the PMO systems roadmap, including enhancements, integrations, and digitalization initiatives.

Minimum Education & Experience
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, business intelligence, system administration, systems integration, automation, data analytics, or related technical roles.
- Proven experience developing applications, workflows, automations, dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven business tools.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and data modeling.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and managing data across multiple platforms.
- Experience with Workday, SAP, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other GxP-regulated environment is desirable.
