- Develop and maintain capacity planning models to support production and supply chain operations.
- Analyze production data, forecast trends, and identify bottlenecks in capacity.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams to align capacity planning with business goals.
- Utilize Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, VBA, and Macros) to manage and analyze large datasets for decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production capacity and efficiency.
- Recommend process improvements to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all planning tools and reports.
