Join Our Deadly Indigenous Community Experience Squad!
We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join CommBank’s Indigenous Community Experience (ICX) Squad — a team focused on creating meaningful careers for Mob and building a culturally safe, supportive experience for First Nations employees across the bank.
You’ll help deliver programs, build partnerships, support career pathways, and shape initiatives that improve the Indigenous employee experience at CommBank.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting First Nations internship and graduate pathways
• Building relationships with universities, community partners and stakeholders
• Managing and coordinating programs and initiatives across the ICX squad
• Supporting candidates through recruitment and career opportunities
• Delivering learning, development and employee experience initiatives
• Managing multiple priorities, projects and stakeholder relationships
What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, communities and affairs
• Experience in program management, project coordination or people-focused initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for improving employment outcomes and career experiences for Mob
