HomeFix is hiring Entry-Level Representatives to connect with homeowners, introduce our remodeling services, and schedule FREE in-home estimates for windows, doors, roofing, gutters, siding, and exterior trim.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants to develop valuable sales skills, and is motivated to earn more through performance.

No sales or remodeling experience is required! We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the role, build confidence, and grow with our team.

What You'll Do

As a Canvasser, your primary responsibility is to engage homeowners and schedule appointments for our in-home remodeling sales team.

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce HomeFix and our home improvement services.
• Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners about their home's exterior and potential improvement needs.
• Generate interest in our products, including windows, doors, roofing, gutters, siding, and trim.
• Schedule free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in exploring their remodeling options.
• Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details.
• Communicate scheduled appointments and relevant customer information to the sales team.
• Represent the HomeFix brand professionally while creating a positive first impression.
• Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to improve your communication and canvassing skills.

Your goal is simple: Start conversations, build interest, and set quality appointments for free estimates. You will focus on generating opportunities for our in-home sales professionals rather than managing the entire remodeling sales process yourself.

Previous experience in canvassing, retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, or sales is a plus, but experience is not required. We can teach you the skills — we need the right attitude and work ethic.
