We’re seeking driven, high-energy individuals to join our Canvassing Team (full-time). No prior experience is necessary! You must have your own personal and reliable transportation. We provide comprehensive, paid training designed to build your sales, communication, and leadership skills. What You'll Do:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to engage with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs.
- Communicate the benefits of our free, no-obligation roof inspections and quotes to improve their home's value and protection.
- Set inspection appointments for our Sales Reps.
- Develop your expertise with hands-on training that develops top-tier communication and sales skills.
- Track and report daily activities and appointments set.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall sales goals.
- Compete in fun challenges with your team while earning bonuses and incentives!

Compensation & Benefits:
- $25k Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions. (Average earnings: $75k-$100k)

It engineers complete, energy-efficient roofing systems and provides shingle-roof installation, roof repair and maintenance, custom gutter installation, and attic-insulation services. The company emphasizes building science, transparent estimates, clean jobsites, warranties, and licensed, insured professional work.
