Join our rapidly growing team at Homefix. We’re an exterior home remodeler that’s been in business for 35 years. You’ll schedule appointments for homeowners to receive free estimates for our products through field canvassing or working at tradeshows, events, or in retail locations.

Hourly Pay and Commissions are paid every week. Your earning potential is directly linked to the number of appointments you can generate.

We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and personable. You’ll train with and work alongside a supportive management team. There is plenty of opportunity to grow with us and develop your skills. Most of our Executive Team started in the canvassing department just like you.

To succeed you must:

• Be money motivated.
• Participate in paid training. Learn our story, product details and how to speak with homeowners.
• Be upbeat and able to converse with people naturally and persuasively.
• Have a desire to continuously learn and improve.
• Show up on time and in uniform.

To qualify you must have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation to office (we’ll transport you to the territory when canvassing)
• A charged smart phone for every shift
• The ability to work weekends
• The ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• The ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
• The ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
