POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting the Logistics Supervisor(s) and Manager in all aspects of product handling within the division. This position will be responsible for assisting with the organization, planning, and coordination of the division’s cannabis products including flower, pre-rolls, cartridges, vaporizers, candies, chocolates, tinctures, mints, and capsules. Priorities include inventory tracking, sorting, counting, wrapping, boxing, labeling, picking, dispatching, shipping, and delivering in preparation for product sale or transfer.

- AM Shift, 6am - 2:30pm

- Starting hourly wage, $17/hourly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all procedures according to local and state regulations and company policies
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed
- Receive, load/unload, organize, and stock incoming inventory items accurately
- Maintain Daily Vehicle Inspection Logs/ Delivery Time Logs/ Security Footage Input
- Communicates with Home Base location and other parties involved regarding Departure and Arrival times
- Review orders and invoices, ensure METRC accurately reflects what is on documents
- Updating drivers’ documentation for deliveries if invoices had been edited
- Assisting drivers’ launch (helping to load deliveries, double-checking to ensure all boxes are accounted for, and necessary tools are loaded into the vans)
- Routing stops for drivers while referencing the internal tracker for appointment times
- Assisting drivers as they are at the retail shops, acting as communication liaison.
- Being readily available or any issues that may arise while drivers are out on the road
- Note: In the event where no transfer is scheduled, or transfer duties are completed before 8-hour shift, employee is expected to complete their shift with the Packaging Department.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Hands-on, cannabis production and delivery position
- You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment and in a delivery vehicle
- Rooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at all times
- Delivery van seats two
- Kneeling, squatting, lifting, bending, walking, pivoting, standing all expected activities
- Expect to lift up to 100 lbs to load and unload transfer vehicles
- *NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout building. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Inventory/Delivery/Production Experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Cannabis Industry Experience (preferred)
- Basic Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills
- Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire)
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
