Duties and Responsibilities
Candidate Relationship Executive –at TMI as to work on the supply side of candidates and thereby delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
The role includes the following:
• This role is primarily an out of office job and requires walking the market.
• Develop a pool of candidates for positions you have or might have to fill in the future.
• Assess the eligibility of the candidate.
• Maintain documentation and ensure all hardcopies are handed over to data entry personnel for digitalization.
• Coordinate with the client relationship executives to map candidates tojob openings and issue interview passes to eligible and interested candidates.
• Proper inventory management to ensure consumables are always replenished.
Requirements
• Must be presentable and should be dressed in formal attire
• Should have an outgoing personality and must be comfortable interacting with people from various walks of life.
• Preferably be born and bought up in the city.
Eligibility:
• Vernacular Requirements:
o Should be conversant in English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Computer Skills:
o Proficiency required in Power Point Presentations,Emails and worksheets.
QualificationsEducation Specifications
Any Graduate.MBA Marketing will be an added advantage.
Years of relevant experience:
Fresher or any experienced candidate who has done marketing related job.
Salary
The annual minimum CTC range starts at 1.2 lakhs per annum. Salary is negotiated based on experience and last drawn pay.
