This role can be REMOTE or sit in the Dallas office.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will manage the candidate cycle from beginning to end, research, sourcing recruiting, gathering market intel, facilitating the scheduling of interviews, offer negotiation and maintaining relationships. To ensure success in the business, you will need to exceed weekly KPIs, including heavy outbound calls to A&F talent across the country.
 

You will report to Bob Hedden, Managing Partner A&F Contract, and join a local team of 8, and a national team of nearly 80 Recruiters and Business Development Managers across the country.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate should have 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in the A&F space. Prior contract and/or direct placement recruiting experience preferred but will also consider candidates with a background in corporate talent acquisition, sales, or management consulting.
 

You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
