We are seeking a dynamic and candidate-focused Candidate Experience Associate to join our Bench & Redeployment Team at our Trichy office. In this role, you will ensure our bench talent is effectively redeployed into new opportunities. Leveraging your recruitment expertise and strong candidate engagement skills, you will collaborate with internal teams to maximize bench utilization and provide a seamless redeployment journey for our consultants.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and continuously engage a pool of bench candidates until redeployment.
Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and sales teams to align candidate availability with client needs.
Actively market candidate profiles to both internal requirements and external opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and effectively map them with available bench talent.
Track and maintain accurate records of submissions, redeployments, and candidate status updates.
Build lasting relationships with candidates to improve loyalty, retention, and redeployment success.
Provide regular redeployment and bench utilization reports to leadership.
Ensure smooth candidate transitions between projects.
1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, bench sales, or resource deployment.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and bench management practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first approach.
Ability to market profiles persuasively and create strong recruiter/client buy-in.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and recruitment platforms (e.g., CEIPAL, job portals).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
