What you'll do...

Évalue la présentation globale de la marchandise et l’apparence des rayons de la marchandise générale et de la mode tout en notant les faiblesses pour les corriger. Exécute les changements sur les présentoirs de commercialisation, au besoin.
Délègue, aide et fait le suivi de l’achèvement des tâches du processus de disponibilité pour les clients (PDC).
Aide à l’établissement des horaires, au besoin.
Affecte les associés qui aideront aux tâches liées à la disponibilité pour les clients dans tous les secteurs de la succursale.
Participe à la formation et au perfectionnement des associés de la marchandise générale et de la mode et donne du feed-back, au besoin.
Contribue à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans obstacles en respectant les directives et les procédures de la Compagnie, y compris remplir les registres des balayages de sécurité et confirmer que les présentoirs sont sécurisés et sans débris.
