Duties and Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy Development — Build end‑to‑end campaign strategies that align with client goals, including funnel design, messaging frameworks, and KPI alignment.
- Audience Strategy — Define segmentation logic, targeting approaches, and expected outcomes of audience mixes, including decile‑based strategies and scoring models.
- BRD Creation — Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable Business Requirements Documents for analytics and operations teams.
- Funnel & Journey Mapping — Design pathways that guide leads and prospects from awareness to conversion, identifying KPIs that signal movement and success.

- Strong ability to write structured, actionable BRDs.
- Deep intuition for funnel movement and the KPIs that matter at each stage.
- Ability to juggle multiple strategies, deadlines, and ad‑hoc requests without sacrificing quality.
- Experience across all funnel stages, including prospect, lead, and customer.
- Skilled at articulating strategy to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
