We are looking for someone who:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role is required
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is mandatory
- Familiarity with the sports betting and gambling industry is advantageous, especially Casino
- Demonstrated hands-on approach, a keenness for learning, and the capacity to manage diverse stakeholders are highly valued
What you'll be doing:
- Understand and Execute the Campaigns according to the CRM plan
- Design and creation of comprehensive content for the campaigns – from T&Cs to multiple channel communications
- Detailed briefing to the studio for the campaign’s creatives and visuals, reviewing and approving it
- Setting up Landing pages, banners, promotional and on-site content
- Detailed briefing to the Central Operational team for the elaboration of the campaign
- Coordinate the execution process of campaigns with the Central Operational team
- Test communications to ensure campaign quality, language, and proofreading
- Inform other stakeholders such as Customer Support the campaigns details
- Follow established Central processes and suggest refinements
