Job Description
Campaign Planning & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, social media advertising, affiliates, influencer partnerships, content marketing, email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives. The role requires strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of high quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue growth
- Effectively plan, execute, and manage Tourism Board campaigns and support offline activation driven from product/campaign
- Activation and Growth Campaigns
Planning: target, timeline, USP, channels activation, merchandising
Execution: coordination with stakeholders and other involved teams (sourcing, channels, pricing, FP&A, DORA, etc.)
Monitoring and Post mortem analysis
- Tourism Board:
Planning: aligning with partnership team on timeline, USP, channels activation, merchandising
Execution: coordination with stakeholders and other involved teams (package benefit, channels, DORA, etc.)
Monitoring and Post mortem analysis
- Offline Ops:
Align with product marketing, CL, channels, external partner, and other related parties to support offline activation
- Ad-hoc Projects
Budget consolidator
Campaign calendar planning
Growth campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, design, development, legal, customer support and more to ensure successful execution of campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics in real time using tools like Google Analytics or BI platforms
- Identify opportunities for optimization based on data analysis
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance for stakeholders at all levels within the organization
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Proven experience working in digital marketing roles preferably in performance marketing, paid search, social media advertising, affiliates, influencer partnerships, content marketing, email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence others
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data quickly and accurately
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Ability to think creatively and outside the box when developing new strategies
Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
