Develop Campaign strategy (product, consumer marketing and go-to-market strategy) to grow Vietnam business profitably at best optimum scale with structured, analytical, and creative approach

Be accountable for achieving business objectives through marketing activities, including investment planning, campaign roadmap, strategic collaborations with commercial, partnership marketing, and other relevant domains in Traveloka's ecosystem

Lead the efforts to develop missions to realize business objectives: to optimize traffic, CVR sales, and user generation and Profitability

Orchestrate various marketing and growth levers directly working with product and customer care teams to resolve users' pain points through technology to generate progressive customer lifetime value

Fluent with data and strong in critical thinking to be able to measure returns on our investments through various investment channels - at product, consumer, and brand levels

Fluent in conducting complex stakeholder management within the sales & marketing and cross-domains within Traveloka ecosystem

Improve and optimise user journey funnel in Traveloka app including CTR and CVR

Lead and build high performing product marketing team; responsible and accountable for products growth and profitability Fluent in critical, analytical thinking and self-awareness for organizational building
Requirements
At least 7 years of relevant working experience and at least 3 years in leading organizations or cross-functional matrix team setup. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus;

Minimum bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Finance, or Information Management from top local or overseas universities with GPA at least Equivalent to 3

Ecommerce, Media agency experience and high-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics would be a plus

Solid critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong in numbers and analytics leveraging big data and customer centric approach

Growth mindset - mature and self-driven person, embrace challenges, and has entrepreneurial spirits

Excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done

Experienced in working as an individual contributor / hands-on marketer; able to develop short-mid-long term business plans

Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities

Comfortable working in flexible working hours conditions and occasional business travel

Passionate about customers and deliver great communication to customers
