ZOE is growing fast and we’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
You’ll report into the General Manager for Daily 30, a senior marketing leader responsible for driving growth and brand impact across ZOE’s portfolio. While your home base sits within that team, your remit spans ZOE-wide marketing campaigns, supporting some of our most important brand, product, and commercial moments.
This is a highly operational, high-impact role: you are the person who turns ideas into reality—bringing structure, pace, and clarity to how campaigns are planned, briefed, and executed across the business.
You’ll combine strong project management with a marketer’s instinct for what “great” looks like, ensuring campaigns land consistently across every channel.
You’ll also actively use AI tools and workflows to move faster, improve quality, and scale how we plan, create, and analyse campaigns.
🎯 What you’ll be doingOwn ZOE-wide campaign deliveryRun end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across ZOE marketing
Own the “moments” calendar across brand, product, and growth initiatives
Bring order, pace, and accountability to multiple live campaigns at once
Translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable campaign plans
Align stakeholders, channel owners, and timelines into one coherent execution plan
Write high-quality briefs that set teams up for excellent execution
Use AI to speed up planning, structuring, and iteration
Tier 1 – Brand-defining moments
Flagship campaigns like major brand storytelling platforms
Tier 2 – Commercial growth moments
Gifting, Cyber 5, launches, partnerships, and key revenue drivers
Tier 3 – Always-on coordination
Ensuring consistent messaging across organic, CRM, podcasts, and content
Coordinate channel owners across Brand, Growth, Content, Product, and Design
Ensure each team has what they need—and executes to a high standard
Manage external partners and agencies where relevant
Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality multi-channel content
Support execution across social, email, paid, blog, and partnership assets
Ensure output is consistent with strategy and audience insight
Support initiatives like affiliate marketing, gifting, sampling, and partnerships
Help assess what we build in-house vs what we outsource
Identify opportunities to scale new growth channels
Monitor campaign performance across channels
Turn data into clear insights and actions
Feed learnings back into future campaign planning
Use AI to accelerate briefing, content iteration, and analysis
Embed AI into everyday campaign workflows
Continuously improve speed, quality, and scalability
Keep up with marketing trends, competitors, and best practice
Bring strong opinions on high-quality campaign execution
3–5+ years in campaign or integrated marketing roles
Proven experience delivering end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels
Strong project management skills with ability to juggle complexity and pace
Deep understanding of digital channels (social, email, paid, content, partnerships)
Strong cross-functional operator who can align multiple stakeholders
Analytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into action
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong point of view on what “great” campaign execution looks like
Highly organised, clear communicator, and execution-focused
Comfortable using AI tools as part of modern marketing workflows
