Campaign Manager assists in planning and executing marketing strategies on behalf of our clients or next to our clients based on the Campaign Strategy, as well as drive operational efficiencies.

They provide leadership and expertise for the Campaign Team. They work closely with Customer Marketing Strategy and the Campaign Technology Lead to ensure successful execution, monitoring, and campaign reporting.

Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction of the Campaign Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Teams involved in a Campaign, such as creative, data, and campaign production team 

  • Translate business requirements/strategy to the production Team

  • Coordinates campaign timelines for the client and manages client expectations throughout delivery

  • Collaborates with Campaign Technical Lead to ensure successful campaign execution. 

  • Key participant in weekly, monthly, and quarterly client meetings sharing performance reporting

  • Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness as it relates to campaign operations and execution

  • Participates in strategic planning meetings with the client and other stakeholders providing feedback and suggestions around marketing automation platform campaigns implementation, and digital marketing best practices adoption

  • Manage the project from scoping and requirements stage through deployment for an end-to-end Campaign process

  • Escalate issues to Client which cannot be resolved at the program/project level

  • Ensure resolution of project issues, risks, and/or conflicts and appropriately communicate to stakeholders about status and risks identified and the way to mitigate them

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communications and focus on quality including but not limited to all change requests

  • Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions

  • Analyze marketing performance dashboards to inform marketing strategy and drive desired pipeline and demand generation outcomes

  • Develop and deliver data informed, personalized and targeted customer messaging and assets for scaled marketing programming across North America

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required

  • Advanced English skills: writing, reading and speaking 

  • Strong marketing operations and copywriting skills to increase the impact of customer events in North America

  • Experience working in various Campaign Management Tool(s) including building and executing campaigns of varying complexities.

  • Experience working with Marketing Automation tools (SFMC, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Pardot, Responsys or similar)

  • Understanding of leading practices in email marketing.

  • Knowledge of different metrics available for email campaigns and what each one means.

  • Understanding of integrated marketing across the entire prospect and customer lifecycle, and how marketing strategy, customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and offers interact to drive the desired business outcomes.

  • Understanding of marketing strategy with strong background in targeting, segmentation, test/control design, and campaign analytics/reporting.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment in the information technology industry or its equivalent coursework.

  • Data Base creation and maintenance. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members

  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to lead across a team of marketing services and campaign execution professionals.

  • Comfortable leading a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.

  • Ability to evaluate concepts and present recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Campaign Management tool(s) certification (Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, Responsys or similar)

  • Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL or similar
