Traveloka is a SEA leading online travel platform with operations in 6 SEA countries today. The role of Campaign Marketing Manager - Singapore is a strategic and hands-on role who will directly work with the VP of Campaign Marketing and Country Head to drive the growth of Singapore Portfolio and build a strong team to drive profitable growth. Campaign Strategy & Execution: 

  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 

  • Create robust campaign plans, including setting KPIs, defining target audiences, and managing budgets to drive measurable impact. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies and ensure continuous improvement. 

  • Omni-Channel Customer Experience

  • Design and optimize a seamless omni-channel experience that connects campaign messaging with in-app sales-conversion journey. 

  • Collaborate closely with product, UX, and tech teams to ensure campaign alignment with in-app features, functionality, and promotions. 

  • Use customer insights and feedback to refine campaign approaches for improved relevance and engagement. 

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of campaign specialists, fostering a high performance environment focused on collaboration, growth and accountability. 

  • Set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations to help team members excel. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partner Engagement

  • Work collaboratively to engage and secure sponsorships from partners, ensuring their participation aligns with campaign objectives and enhances brand visibility. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating open communication and feedback loops for successful campaign execution. 

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

  • Communicate campaign goals, progress, and results effectively to all stakeholders, using data-driven storytelling to highlight impact and opportunities.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience and at least 2 years in leading organizations or cross-functional matrix team setup. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on goal achievement and growth. 

  • Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing, customer experience, and how to integrate digital and in-app strategies. 

  • Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results. 

  • Skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. 

  • Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
