The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Campaign Manager to lead and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for our Enterprise Sales teams. This role requires an analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing to optimize the entire buyer’s journey. They will leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign execution, personalization, and efficiency across the go-to-market motion. The Campaign Manager will work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to develop multi-channel campaigns designed to influence buying committees across complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Please note, the internal title of this role is Senior Marketing Specialist. 

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Develop, launch, and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital ads, social media, webinars, content syndication, and events across key roles within the same account, including 1:few and 1:many ABM programs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with branding, messaging, and customer needs.
  • Partner with Sales on account selection, prioritization, and coverage.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to support campaign development, audience targeting, personalization, and content activation across channels.

Lead Management & Nurturing:

  • Partner with Sales to refine lead handoff processes and nurture programs, ensuring smooth transitions from marketing to sales-qualified leads.
  • Build automated nurture streams, utilizing segmentation to create personalized customer journeys.
  • Utilize automation and AI-assisted tools to enhance segmentation and personalization within marketing programs.

Performance Analysis:

  • Measure campaign success using enterprise-relevant metrics such as account engagement, meeting creation, pipeline influence, and progression through key deal stages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product marketing to develop and promote high-quality, relevant content that drives engagement.
  • Align campaign strategy with sales and business development initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and successful pipeline growth.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management.
  • Specific Experience supporting enterprise or upper mid-market B2B sales motions, including long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high-consideration purchases.
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling and translating complex topics into clear, compelling messages.
  • Ability to tailor campaign experiences for diverse enterprise personas, including technical users, economic buyers, and executive stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • General understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered marketing and sales tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the GTM motion (e.g. Clay, Qualified, ChatGPT). Technical or engineering experience is not required.
