We are seeking a Campaign Data Analyst to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
Job DescriptionWhat is this position about?
- Translate campaign requirements into segmentation logic, SQL queries, and executable workflows
- Execute campaign code and generate list pulls using established frameworks
- Validate campaign outputs through reconciliation checks, exploratory analysis, and edge case detection
- Perform statistical checks to confirm segment distributions, thresholds, and suppression logic
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for large-scale extraction and analysis
- Support ETL workflows in SSIS (Visual Studio), including job monitoring and troubleshooting
- Use Tableau and Looker for data validation and analytical slicing (not dashboard development)
- Identify opportunities to automate campaign execution and validation to improve reliability and reduce risk
- Ensure secure delivery and compliance through SFTP transfers, encryption/decryption, and governance standards
- Strong SQL skills for segmentation, extraction, and analytical validation
- Hands-on experience with SSIS and Visual Studio for ETL workflow execution
- Proven experience validating large datasets and performing analytical QA checks
- Familiarity with secure data transfer processes (SFTP, encryption/decryption)
- Background in marketing, CRM, customer data, or campaign operations
- Knowledge of Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or SciPy is a plus
- Experience with version control workflows (Git) and modernizing legacy data processes is preferred
