Campaign Account Support Specialist – Level 3 
OVERVIEW OF ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Campaign Account Specialist Level 3 is responsible for fostering positive relationships with internal teams and partners, managing fulfillment for Direct to Rep Programs across multiple brands, and overseeing key processes such as print intake, demand management, quantity forecasting, direct mail campaigns, and healthcare professional services initiatives. Success in this dynamic role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee print and field asset management for multiple consumer programs across brands, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead print distribution, quantity planning, and direct mail initiatives, managing timelines, logistics, and launches.
  • Facilitate and manage team meetings, develop operational reports, and track program performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and distribution teams on product launches, CRM setup, and inventory management.
  • Manage vendor relationships, program escalations, and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure re-reviews of assets adhere to FUSE approval and regulatory standards.
  • Handle help desk tickets, FUSE Field Mobile updates, and compliance tools for literature and prescribing information.
  • Manage My Rep Center, warehouse systems, and special shipments, including rework projects.
  • Partner with distribution and field operations teams to align logistics, lit codes, and brand codes.
  • Oversee convention orders, manifests, and National Sales Meeting material distribution.
  • Analyze operations/metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills to support concurrent programs.
Metrics Reporting
  • Monthly inventory review meetings with Marketing Teams and internal stakeholders to review multiple inventory reports and dashboard metrics.
  • Forecasting and quantity planning for item initial ordering and replenishment based on previous utilization.
  • Destructions and re-reviews of material management.
  • Recommend literature replenishment quantities based on forecasting reports of current itemutilization.
Education & Experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Work experience - 5+ years of experience with Fulfillment operations (DM, DTP and DTR) project implementations with experience managing a minimum of 3 implementations simultaneously.

Other Requirements
  • Minimum at-home requirement of High-Speed Cable Internet or Fiber Optic Cable to ensure ability to work remotely from home as required by business need.
  • Attendance and participation at the yearly NSM and/or offsite launch meetings as required.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities concurrently.
  • Effective at collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience in fulfillment operations.·        Proven proficiency in a teamwork setting.
  • Expert ability in managing the details to ensure quality and compliance adherence.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on escalations.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of fulfillment operations experience, including direct mail, direct-to-provider, and direct-to-rep project implementations
  • Experience managing at least three implementations simultaneously
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience in fulfillment operations
  • High-speed cable or fiber-optic internet for remote work
  • Ability to attend yearly National Sales Meetings and/or offsite launch meetings as required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to follow compliance requirements and manage escalations
