Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Calypso Developer with strong expertise in L2/L3 Support and DevOps methodologies to join our engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous integration/delivery of our Calypso applications. You will handle complex technical issues, optimize system workflows, and automate deployment pipelines to support our global financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities -
L2/L3 Support & Application Maintenance
- Provide high-quality L2 and L3 technical support for the Calypso platform, diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, system bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
- Analyze application logs, thread dumps, and database queries to troubleshoot causes of failures on time.
- Own and manage critical incident response, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to strict SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, clearing houses, and trading desks to resolve functional and technical queries related to Back-Office, Middle-Office, and market data interfaces.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Calypso deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.
- Drive infrastructure automation and environment management using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Containerize Calypso components where applicable (using Docker/Kubernetes) to streamline environment provisioning.
Preferred Skills -
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid technical experience working with the Calypso Banking Framework.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a production support environment.
