The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, processing requests, and delivering a professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to customers when required.

Resolve customer issues whenever possible during the initial interaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
Process orders, payments, returns, cancellations, appointments, account updates, and other customer requests as applicable.
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM or call-center system.
Verify customer information and maintain accurate account records.
Follow established call-handling procedures, scripts, policies, and quality standards.
Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
Protect confidential customer and company information.
Follow up with customers when additional information or action is required.
Coordinate with billing, sales, technical support, shipping, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies.
Meet established performance goals for call quality, productivity, response time, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
Participate in training and coaching sessions.
Report recurring customer concerns or system issues to management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous call center, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or office experience preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.

Ability to remain calm when dealing with upset or difficult customers.
