The applicant for this position will be employed by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department and is expected to be cross designated as a Special AUSA for drug prosecution – HIDTA initiative. The attorney will work for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department and will also be supervised on federal cases by an attorney assigned from the United States Attorney’s Office. The position is funded through a HIDTA grant and while the funding is expected to be on going, this cannot be guaranteed.
Compensation Range: $72,362.29 - $115,681.99Skills Required
- Must be licensed to practice law in California
- Experience in drug prosecution
